This guild is capable of doing all bosses exept raggie !!

You might notice the amounts of exclamation marks in this post. Why well all the officers hear is alot of whining about Instances. I will turn it around on you !
How much have you contributed to guild efforts ?? have you donated Runecloth for bandges?? have you donated nessesary Herbs for potions needed? have you donated Pieces of armor to the guild lvl 55+ (even greens) ??
if your answer is yes on one occation you need to do more ! For the guild to hit MC and beyond we need a bit of dedication. Its NOT up to the Officers of this fine guild to help you get the Tier 0 items! Its up to you !
If you want The officers to take you to MC know this !!

I know the guild spirit is a big and IMPORTANT issue in this guild. Wich i am Fully behind.
The this about MC is no more kindergarten mc is the beginning of the big league! So if you want in STOP camping bgs your pvp skills dont mean Jack "£$^$£ to the mobs in MC ! MC is ALL about team effort its not a one man job. So you might be a big king in bgs thats not wats needed for MC. So far all i have seen is a group of over worked Officers trying to please all. Thumbs up to you guys if i could give you a paid vaccation i would you deserve it!!
If you dont want the epics of MC thats ok but dont expect an invite either. This coming tuesday I will take a Guild group into MC. Since im not an officer but have been one ( in another bigger guild) and have been all over MC i Know what it takes to make it in There.
Listen to the instructions given! Wait For assist calls ! And Dont Talk to ANY NPCs if not specificly told my the raid leaders!
When this run starts We WILL keep going for 4 Hours !! Anyone just dropping out because we wiped 4 times will not get another invite to my raid plans. Please feel free to whine all you want AFTER the raid. There is no such thing as WE ARE NOT READY. We are ready but some ppl dont want to make an effort. Example. my t1 druid whent into Scholomance just because i needed a recepie for the major mana pots 50g in repairs later i got it. Pug ! ask your self would you do that for the guild ?!

For MC there are some things you need to know Fire resistance! not needed for all classes Ranged DPS does not need it. Tanks yes !! rogues hmm some. The main task of the healers will be to keep the tanks up! if you get hurt use bandages healing pots Whatever to keep you going.
Outside MC there are no musts

I have heard that we dont get enough players.!
And here is the thing Im getting steamed over !
When a guild run is made ppl sign up and dont show! Minus dkp unless you contact a raid organiser before Raid start !
PPL camping BGs whilst a Guild raid event is taking place! (this is MY oppinions not the rest of the guilds)and the raid is lacking players.
I want a LOOOOT of signt ups Atleast 60 we have atleast 100 accounts tied into the guild.. I want you out side the instance REady to go 10min Before the raid begins or you wont get an invite. And that means Coming prepared *read the above statement*
When inside try and keep the chatting to a minimum i want ppl from this guild to pay 110% attention do your assigned things. NO chatting in G chat whilst in the raid (officers excused ofc)
If there should be a Participating member lack I will pull some strings and hopefully get some Pros to help out. how possible this is i dunno im still wating for responce to this post.
Suggestions will go through whispers to officers then via TS to raid leader( i here by erase my standing dkp for not keeping my mouth shut during raids)

Make your choise now do you want the epics ? If the answer is No thats OK.
If the answer is yes ! Then i expect to be told by the officers that Donation are increasing.
The good thing about dontaions is that we will have to cansel the pay gold per amount of dkp spent.
A suggestion to the officers is bonus dpk for donated Mats to a maximum of 4 dkp per week. a stack of 20 of a wanted mat earns the dedicated member 2 dkp to a maximum of 4 bonus per week. as to encourage our members to give a dam
I have been Very outspoken in this post and i will attend any skype meeting the officers want or reprimand they wish to issue.
Lastly i want to say i LIKE the guild as it is we are not hard core in any directon. but at some point there are atleast a few musts that has to be dealt with.
