I <3 GMs

I was questing with my shaman this morning, and I got a group for an elite quest. We got the mats to summon a harpy and then something happened and when we summoned nothing happened. So I paged a GM. He told me to Abandon and retake the quest. Dissapointed as I was in the asnwer I decided to cease the opportunity to ask him/her about something:

Right, here I was doing Black morass and BAM! The second boss resets and rapes us!! FFS! Well we get in, try again and then I get feared and start falling through the world, we fail again >.<

So I report this to a GM and he gives me the usual crap about thanks for reporting and we'll look into it blah blah blah. Well of course I ask him my question:
