any computer experts?

hi guys, i have a problem with my computer, since the last couple of days my computer is very slow but i could still play wow, yesterday from one moment on another wow starts running with like 2 sec delay every frame, it becomse impossible to play even after rebooting my computer.

so i decide to run hitman pro/virus scanners and clean my whole computer with files i dont use anymore and stuff like that. took me from 10.00 1.20 in the night or something.
i restart wow this morning......
same shit i dont notice a litle difference, lag like there is no tomorow, totaly impossible to play. so what else can be the problem?
my computer should be able to handle wow, i used to run wow 2x to boost myself and he could easy handle it. only thing is i bought a new screen couple of days ago but that was working fine in the beginning.
so anyone knows? do i have to reinstall wow?
when i check how hard my computer works with ctrl-alt-del when i have wow active its around 60% all the time.

Eyy m8,that really sucks,well i have had the same problem,after i dowloaded the latest patch,everything was fu.
After i tried i couple of times blizz repair,i still got the msg error.
So what did i do,i reinstall wow,and it works perfect again,
I hope it will help youre problem,,So... reinstall m8

ok i found out what it was i think, i had a new screen and i switched my windows/wow to the highest resolution possible, than after i had prob some normal lag in wow, i turned my resolution a bit down in wow.
But since i play in windowed mode all the time, my windows and my wow now had different resolutions.
And my computer didnt like that at all.
after i scaled my wow back to max resolution and had it like windows again its all back to normal
